Mondays, 7:30pm-9pm
Wednesdays, 9:30am-11am
Also: Yoga 101 course on Sundays during selected months (inquire about my schedule)
All classes are strong and rhythmic flows that focus on building internal and external strength, and offer an opportunity to move into a space of meditation and inquiry.
